At Liquor Store, we take as much care in ensuring your complete satisfaction as we do in curating our premium selection of aperitifs, bourbons, liqueurs, rums, and vodkas. Should you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve designed our policy to be as smooth as a fine single malt.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unopened products in their original condition. Due to the nature of our premium spirits, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened bottles (for safety and regulatory compliance)
- Limited edition or rare spirits marked as “final sale”
- Personalized or custom orders
Important: All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at [email protected] before shipping any items back.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in their original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Lancaster address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same initial steps as the return process.
- Clearly indicate the product you wish to exchange for in your email.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement (if available) or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label we provide.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- All customs duties and taxes for returned items are the customer’s responsibility.
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
- We recommend using DHL or FedEx for international returns to ensure tracking.
