Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on swift order processing and reliable delivery:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days after dispatch (£12.95)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 – 15-25 days after dispatch

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). All shipments require adult signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unopened products in their original condition. Please note our non-returnable items:

  • Opened bottles (for safety and regulatory compliance)
  • Limited edition or rare spirits marked as “final sale”
  • Personalized or custom orders

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship Back: Send to our Lancaster address using a trackable method. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless due to our error.
  5. Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect upon receipt and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same initial steps as returns
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange product
  • Price differences will be adjusted (invoiced or refunded as appropriate)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect products:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • All customs duties and taxes for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns to ensure tracking
